Founder of SaParis Travel

 Lu A Tau is the founder of Saparis Travel Co., Ltd. He is a member of an ethnic minority community in Sapa, a land blessed by nature with all four seasons of beauty throughout the year. Growing up in a large family, he was the first person in his village to attend university, marking an important milestone not only for himself but also for his community.

After graduating, he chose to return to his hometown to build his career rather than staying in the city. Over more than 10 years working in the tourism industry, he established restaurants and hotels, creating opportunities for young people in the highlands to access professional training in bartending, cooking, reception, and housekeeping.

In addition, he founded community workshops in his village to generate more jobs and preserve cultural heritage. These workshops focus on traditional crafts such as brocade weaving, indigo dyeing, beeswax painting, and cultural learning classes. Through these initiatives, local people gain stable employment while keeping their customs and traditions alive.

With his deep knowledge of local culture, destinations, and community life, he went on to establish Saparis Travel – a reputable inbound travel company specializing in authentic experiences across Northern Vietnam, as well as Central and Southern regions. The company not only brings meaningful travel experiences to international visitors but also creates more job opportunities for local tour guides and drivers.
