- Pricing and Payments: All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) or other stated currencies and are subject to change. A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm your booking. Payments must be made through approved payment methods. Any additional services not included in the original package may incur extra charges.
- Booking Modifications and Cancellations: Booking changes or cancellations must be requested in advance. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before departure may be eligible for a refund, depending on the services booked. Cancellations made closer to the departure date may result in partial or full charges. Specific cancellation terms for private or customized tours will be communicated at the time of booking.
- User Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing accurate personal information, ensuring they are physically fit for selected activities, and following all safety instructions given by guides or staff. Saparis Travel is not responsible for losses, delays, or damages caused by personal negligence, health conditions, or failure to comply with tour guidelines.
