After breakfast, begin your journey deeper into the stunning mountains of Ha Giang. Along the way, enjoy several scenic stops before arriving at A Boong Waterfall, a hidden gem surrounded by lush nature. Take a refreshing swim or simply relax and soak in the peaceful atmosphere.
Lunch is served in Thai An Village, featuring a delicious Vietnamese family-style meal with beautiful mountain views.
In the afternoon, continue riding through winding mountain roads toward Du Gia Village, one of the most picturesque destinations on the Ha Giang Loop. After checking into your local homestay, head to Du Gia Waterfall for a refreshing swim or, for the adventurous, a chance to try cliff jumping into the natural pool below.
As evening falls, enjoy a traditional home-cooked dinner with your host family. Share stories with fellow travelers and experience the warm hospitality of the local community. If you wish, join in a toast with a glass of the local rice wine, often known as the famous “Happy Water.”
Start the day with a delicious breakfast in Du Gia before heading to the peaceful Ngoc Long River for a unique bamboo rafting experience. Paddle through crystal-clear waters, explore a hidden riverside cave, and enjoy a relaxing float downstream. For those seeking a little more adventure, there’s also the opportunity to take a refreshing swim.
After lunch in Sung Trai Village, continue your journey through some of the most spectacular scenery in Ha Giang. Ride along winding mountain roads, passing dramatic limestone peaks and deep valleys as you approach the legendary Ma Pi Leng Pass and the magnificent Tu San Canyon.
From here, we hike about an hour through cornfields to reach the Skywalk, a breathtaking 360° viewpoint high above the valley. After the descent, we continue to Dong Van, where hot showers and another hearty dinner round out the day.
Enjoy your final breakfast at the homestay before setting off through the spectacular Dong Van Karst Plateau Geopark. This stretch of the journey offers some of the most breathtaking scenery on the entire Ha Giang Loop, with dramatic mountain landscapes, winding roads, and endless photo opportunities around every corner.
Along the way, take in the stunning views as you ride through remote highland villages and rugged limestone valleys. Stop in Yen Minh Town for a relaxing lunch before continuing toward the famous Tham Ma Pass, often referred to as the “Snake Road” for its impressive series of winding curves through the mountains.
